Before proceeding with the payment procedure, please coordinate with the manager the details of the trip, get the order number and payment amount.
Payment is made in Russian rubles at the rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the day of payment.

When paying with Visa, MasterCard, World credit cards or using Apple Pay, Samsung Pay payment systems, the commission is 3,9%.
The commission for other payment systems ranges from 4 to 10 %. Please check with our staff before paying.

FAQ

  • A bank card is not intended for making payments via the Internet, which can be found out by contacting your Bank;
  • Not enough funds to pay on a bank card. You can learn more about the availability of funds on a bank card by contacting the bank that issued the bank card;
  • Bank card details are incorrect;
  • Expired credit card. The validity of the card is usually indicated on the front of the card (this is the month and year to which the card is valid). You can find out more about the validity of the card by contacting the bank that issued the bank card.

The personal information you provide (name, address, telephone, e-mail, bank card number) is confidential and is not subject to disclosure. Your credit card details are transmitted only in encrypted form and are not stored on our Web server.

When paying by card, cash back is not allowed. The return policy is governed by the rules of international payment systems.

The consumer has the right to refuse service in the terms specified in the Public offer concluded between the seller and the buyer.

If the consumer refuses the service, the seller must return to him the sum of money paid by the consumer under the contract, with the exception of the seller’s actual expenses, no later than ten days from the day the consumer presents the corresponding requirement.
In order to return money to a bank card, you must fill in the «Application for return» which is sent by the company to the email address upon request and send it along with a copy of your passport to info@vvell.com.ru. In the subject of the letter you must specify: REFUND.

The refund will be made to the bank card within 21 (twenty one) business days from the date of receipt of the “Application for refund” by the Company.

To return money for transactions with errors, you must submit a written statement and attach a copy of your passport and checks / receipts confirming the erroneous write-off. This application must be sent to info@vvell.com.ru.

The term for consideration of the Application and return of funds begins to run from the moment the Company receives the Application and is calculated in business days excluding holidays / weekends.
